We also make sure that all the pertinent documentation, such as the deed, are in order and legally sufficient, and that any legal restrictions on the property, such as easements, covenants or rights of way, are reported. At the end of the transaction, it is our responsibility to record the deed and other documentation in the land records of Kentucky and/or other necessary agencies.
During the transaction, Armour Settlement Services also conducts the fiduciary part of the process. We handle the final settlement, and then collect and finally disburse the funds to and from the appropriate parties.
